📊 Dose Summary

Vial concentration 2,500 mcg/mL
Injection volume 0.100 mL
Insulin units to draw 10.0 units
Syringe fill level 10%
Doses per vial 20 doses

How it's calculated

Concentration (mcg/mL) = (Peptide mg × 1000) ÷ Reconstitution mL
Injection Volume (mL) = Desired mcg ÷ Concentration
Insulin Units = Injection Volume × Syringe Units/mL

📖 How to Use This Calculator

1

Peptide amount in vial: Enter the total mg of peptide in your research vial (e.g. 5mg for a 5mg vial of Ipamorelin).

2

Reconstitution volume: Enter how many mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) you plan to add to the vial. Common amounts are 1mL, 2mL, or 3mL.

3

Desired dose: Enter the target dose in micrograms (mcg). Note: 1mg = 1000mcg.

4

Syringe size: Select the insulin syringe you're using. Most research applications use a 1.0mL / 100-unit syringe.

5

Read your results: The calculator instantly shows the injection volume in mL, the number of insulin units to draw, and the fill level on your syringe.

📋 Quick Reference — Common Reconstitutions

Assumes 1mL (100-unit) insulin syringe and 2mL BAC water reconstitution.
